A Handmade Christmas

I really like the idea of a totally handmade Christmas and had great plans of achieving this for Christmas gifts this year, however, I have found there is never enough hours in the days to make all my ideas come to life, but I did manage to get a few gifts completed.IMG_6208-001
I really love that I was able to use my own fabric designs with my own coin purse pattern to make a truly unique, original, handmade item.

My collection of coin purses using my own fabric designs, most were made with 100% cotton, two were with linen/cotton mix and all have fleece interfacing.

Really like this cute, fun purse, thinking of doing different colourways for this fabric design.

I couldn’t part with this one, I was meant to give it for a gift but have gifted this to myself as I need a little bit of home on my sofa, or in this instance, in my case!

I am hoping next year I will be able to make more gifts, I just need to start a bit earlier than I did this year!
